(the Company) recognises the effective management of occupational health, safety and wellbeing, quality and environmental sustainability as an integral part of our business function and we believe it provides positive benefits to the organisation whilst ensuring a high level of commitment to compliance with our legal duties and moral obligations towards our workforce and those affected by our actions.
Although ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliance to regulations lies with the Managing Director, it is recognised that all Line Managers and employees have a pivotal role to play by taking responsibility for their actions within their specific area of operation. Accordingly, the Company have assigned responsibilities to delegated individuals and do count on their active support and co-operation to enable its health, safety and wellbeing, quality management and environmental sustainability objectives are achieved.
